The house has a tourist rental license No. HUTG-061242(13). House rules are for the common good and must be respected and followed. Failure to comply with the rules may result in the departure of guests without the right to a refund. Entry to the house will be from 4:00 p.m. and departure at 11:00 a.m. The maximum number of guests is 8 without counting babies. The main house, pool, gardens and barbecue are offered exclusively. The common passage is shared with other people without invading or breaking privacy and exclusivity. Pets are allowed on request, maximum 2, with a cost of €15 per day and €100 deposit. Visits from third parties must be informed before arrival, the cost will be €25 per person, with a time that does not exceed 11 p.m. spend the night €50 per person. The reservation will be effective by paying the 50% refundable up to 15 days before check-in and with 14 days left for check-in the total amount.

House towels cannot be used in the pool.For guests staying more than a week, bed linen will be provided every seven days.
